These terms govern your use of http://localhost:3000 (the “Site”), operated by GoTrippio. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site publishes travel information, destination guides and hotel suggestions for general information only. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We don't sell accommodation, take payments or confirm reservations.

2. Bookings with third parties

Links and search tools on the Site send you to third-party booking sites such as Agoda, Booking.com and Expedia. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that third party or the hotel, on their terms. We are not responsible for their services, prices, availability, cancellations, refunds or conduct. Please direct booking questions to them. Some links are affiliate links. See our affiliate disclosure.

3. Accuracy of information

We try to keep content accurate and up to date. However, travel details such as prices, opening times, transport schedules, permits, visa rules and safety conditions change often. Price ranges shown are indicative and are not offers. Always check important details with official sources, the hotel or the booking site before you travel. You rely on the content at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Don't scrape or copy content at scale, or republish it without permission.
• Don't send spam or abusive messages through the contact form.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Site's text, design, logos and original images belong to GoTrippio or its licensors. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party trademarks, such as the names of booking sites, belong to their owners.
